Parasite partnersJust thinking of a world where the partners have lil hubs? Implanted in/on their chest or back and it enables a certain parasite to enter their body/bonds them 2getha.
And ofc the parasite have a humoid form, but they can't use any of their spiffy abilities - they can only be harnessed in their hosts body.But thinking of parasite baby jk x powerful user th where th's old parasite turned on him/got blood thirsty and he severed the bond.And cue baby jk who is chosen by him to bond, but things start getting tricky.Idk thinking of emotionless Th who, when things start not going well, threatens to severe the bond (aka pulls the hub out). But many parasites, especially baby ones-Don't survive a severing from a host bc... parasites. Plus, they're defenceless in their humoid form.So Jk begging Th not to do it, that he'll do better but things go badly and in anger, Th severs the bond bloodily.Somehow though, parasite jk survives, albeit weak and extremely injured.It doesn't take long for Th to realise he made a mistake.
